Right of return

Loppavinin's right to return

At Loppavinin we want to ensure that you are happy with your products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

• The 14-day return period begins when the product is delivered to the registered recipient.
• The product must be in its original condition/packaging, unused, unopened and in a resalable condition in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Returns are not available if the product has been opened and is not considered fit for resale (e.g. in cases where food has been opened and used).
• A payment receipt must be included with the shipment.
• Returning goods is the responsibility and expense of the buyer, unless they have received the wrong or defective product.
• If return policies are not met, Loppivinir reserves the right to refuse returns.

• We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible if you wish to return or exchange a product for another.
